Yoga with Shelter Pets

Love animals AND yoga? We’ve blended the two!

Enjoy a relaxing yoga session alongside shelter animals. Classes may feature one or more pets depending on availability, making each session a unique experience.

Sessions are held monthly from 5:00-6:00PM (see dates below)
Please bring your own yoga mat and additional props or accessories (blocks, straps, bolsters)
$25 per session (non-refundable); space is limited and fees help to provide for the care of the animals
Participants must be 18+
All yoga sessions are held in the Banks Humane Education Center at 95 Silk Farm Rd, across from the shelter
